What's a Content Update?

VIP and Pro plans include monthly content updates — quick-turnaround tasks handled by our team so you don't have to touch the back-end. Content updates include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete.

01Do you need to have built my website to maintain it?

No. We work with WordPress and MODX sites built by any developer or agency. We'll do an initial audit before onboarding to understand your setup.

02What does the "restoration commitment" mean?

If an update or technical issue causes your site to break, we'll restore it from the most recent backup at no additional charge — no billing surprises, no finger-pointing.

03Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. Plans can be changed at any renewal period. If your needs grow — or shrink — we make it easy to adjust without penalty.

04What if I need more content updates than my plan includes?

Additional updates beyond your plan allowance are billed at our standard hourly rate, quoted transparently before work begins. We'll never surprise you with a bill.

05Where are my backups stored?

Backups are stored off-site in a separate, secure cloud environment — not on the same server as your live site. This ensures they're available even in a worst-case scenario.

06Is hosting included in these plans?

Maintenance plans do not include hosting. If you need hosting recommendations or a managed hosting upgrade, we're happy to advise based on your site's needs.
